Returns, Replacements & Warranty Policy

1. General Policy
Most products available on MMP Mall are electronic items covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Therefore, refunds are generally not available after an order has been successfully delivered.
If a product develops a manufacturing defect during its warranty period, it will be serviced or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
2. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement request may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product.
- The package was missing accessories or items.
- You received the wrong product.
To process your request quickly, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:
- The product has been opened, used, or activated (unless it was defective upon arrival).
- The product has physical damage, water damage, burn damage, or accidental damage caused after delivery.
- The product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized service center.
- The original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice, serial number, or warranty stickers are missing or tampered with.
4. Warranty Policy
Most products sold on MMP Mall are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims are subject to the respective brand’s warranty terms.
The manufacturer’s warranty generally does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Burn or electrical damage caused by misuse
- Damage caused by drops, accidents, or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Customers are advised to keep their invoice or order confirmation for all warranty claims.
5. Refund Policy
As most products are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty, MMP Mall does not generally offer refunds after successful delivery.
If a replacement is not possible in an approved case, MMP Mall may issue Store Credit for the equivalent purchase value.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be processed only after verification using the payment details provided by the customer.
6. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged after inspection and approval.
If the same model is unavailable, MMP Mall may offer:
- A similar product of equal value, or
- Store Credit for future purchases.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
- If the issue is due to an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete delivery from MMP Mall, we will assist with the return process.
- In other approved situations, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
8. Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved replacement or store credit requests are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
